Increasing ownership on the shop floor

Working with automatically generated OEE creates a different work method on the shop floor. Operators can now focus much more on optimising the actual process instead of manually entering all kinds of production data. They are given other responsibilities, in which thinking in terms of performance loss plays a key role. They understand the machines better (both from a technical and process aspect), creating a greater sense of ownership to maximise production efficiency.
